Cookie FAQ

While I love cookies, I also love knowing the macros of the delectable treats! Where can I find the macros and ingredients of the goodies? Do you have nutrition facts available? That is a great question; and we love when we know the macros/ingredients as well!! Some of the companies we sell DO provide estimates of macros and ingredients list. IF we are provided with that information we will have the information posted.

We must stress… **If you have an allergy, PLEASE be careful; we are NOT responsible for you intaking something you allergic to **If macros are provided they are ESTIMATES; not exact! Not all dessert companies provide nutrition facts. Please contact the dessert company you ordered from for more details!

How should I enjoy my cookies? Heating option: People wonder if they should heat up the cookies when they get them. Our personal opinion is try it as it is. They are meant to be super soft and moist with a slight crisp edge. However, if you love that fresh out of the oven experience we recommend placing a moist paper towel around the cookie and putting it in the microwave for 10 to 20 seconds. Most cookies stay fresh at room temperature for 1 week, 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator and 3 months in the freezer. If you freeze our cookies we recommend you take them out the day you need them and let them thaw naturally to their natural temperature and then enjoy!

How should I store my cookies when they arrive? You can keep a few cookies at room temperature if you plan on eating them within a couple days. Otherwise, you can store them in the fridge for a few weeks and bring them to room temperature when you are ready to eat them. You can also store then in the freezer for a few months and defrost them when you are ready to eat them, or heat them in the oven for about 5 minutes at 300 degrees. Check out and contact the companies you ordered for exact heating references! Time vary between desserts.

Do you have any gluten-free, keto, or vegan options? Some of our partners do sell vegan/gluten free options. Please contact them for more info! Any vegan/Gluten free products will be titled and noted in the description.

Do the cookies contain nuts?  Yes! Some do, see don’t depending on the company and flavor. Please do not eat our cookies if you have food allergies before checking about the ingredients first. Many cookies contain wheat and dairy. Cross-contamination with nuts & soy may occur. Allergies are VERY important to us - please contact us with any questions at theecookieclub@gmail.com

My goodies arrived and it’s rough! What do I do? While it breaks our sweet-hearts to hear this; that is an issue you will need to take up with the shipping company (USPS). Once the goods are shipped from the Company the fate of your treats lies in the hands of the mail service. Long story short, Thee Cookie Club and the company you purchased from are NOT responsible for damaged “goods” and will NOT issue ANY refund, coupon, reimbursement, etc.

I ate the goodies from your site and now I don’t feel well; it’s all your fault, I want my money back! While we feel bad that you don’t feel well, Thee Cookie Club and the companies we sell are NOT responsible for you getting sick after eating the treats. But, we do hope you get well soon :)
